MeiDe Valve produces Metal Seated Ball Valve Engineered for extreme conditions, this patented single-seat metal seated ball valve ensures bubble-tight sealing via a flat spring/hard-faced bearing system, maintaining integrity even at low differential pressure (0 bar). Proven solids-resistant in slurry applications (150% ASME B16.34 tested), it delivers:
- ASME/FCI 70-2 Class VI/V Leakage (Customizable to 0.01 bubbles/min
- Uni/Bidirectional Sealing with upstream/downstream shutoff
- Extended Bonnet Options: Standard (-29°C~260°C) or high-temp (550°C) variants
- API 607 Fire-Safe Compliance: Post-fire leakage <100ppm
- Certified to NACE MR0175 for sour gas, ideal for mining, power plants, and petrochemical pipelines.
