MeiDe Valve produces double block and bleed valve This compact DBB valve replaces dual valves with a single-unit solution, reducing 40% space/weight. Certified to API 607 (650°C fire-safe) and NACE MR0175 (H₂S resistance), it delivers:

  • Dual Isolation + Bleed: Seals upstream/downstream while venting mid-cavity via 1.33x pressure auto-release
  • ISO 15848-1 Fugitive Emission: <100ppm leakage with API 622 live-loaded packing
  • 3 Configurations: Short (35% length reduction), long (20% maintenance access), or 3-piece (in-line repair)
  • ASME B16.34 Lever Locks: 250Nm torque security
  • Full Bore Design: Cv≥95 for minimal flow restriction
  • Ideal for offshore platforms, chemical skids, and sour gas pipelines.
