MeiDe Valve produces forged steel ball valves ensure zero leakage and robust performance in extreme conditions. Key benefits:
High-Pressure Resilience: ASTM A105/A182 F316L bodies withstand ASME 150~2500LB (42MPa) and -196°C~425°C.
- Zero Leakage: Double Block & Bleed (DBB) design with Stellite 6-coated seats (≤2ppm per ISO 15848-1).
- Corrosion Resistance: NACE MR0175-compliant trim (Inconel 625/Alloy C276) for Hâ‚‚S/sour gas.
- Fire-Safe: API 607/6FA certified for 30min@800°C hydrocarbon fires.
