MeiDe Valve produces Rising Stem Ball Valve This fire-safe valve features cemented carbide (WC-Co, HRA 90) metal seals, achieving zero leakage via API 607-certified design (650°C/30min). Key innovations:
- Frictionless Cam Drive: Mechanical lift mechanism isolates ball/seats during operation, extending lifespan to 50,000 cycles
- Triple Certification: NACE MR0175 (H₂S resistance), API 622 live-loaded packing (≤100ppm fugitive emissions), ISO 15848-1 Class BH
- Traceable Materials: 17-4PH stems (AMS 5643) + Kennametal KF300 seals
- High-Pressure Capacity: ASME B16.34 Class 2500 rating (-46°C~550°C)
- Visual Position Indicator: Rising stem shows real-time valve status
