MeiDe Valve produces trunnion-mounted ball valve delivers high-pressure reliability with dual-block-and-bleed (DBB) functionality for critical pipeline applications. Its anchored ball design (supported by upper/lower shafts) ensures stable operation up to ASME 2500LB. Key features:
- Double Piston Effect Seats: PMSS dual-seal (PTFE primary + Stellite backup) guarantees zero leakage, certified to API 6D/ISO 17292.
- Anti-Blowout Stem: Integrated with API 622 live-loaded packing for ≤50ppm fugitive emissions.
- Cavity Pressure Relief: Auto-venting activates at 1.33x MAWP to prevent seal damage.
- NACE MR0175 Compliance: 316L stainless steel trim resists Hâ‚‚S corrosion in sour gas.
- Fire-Safe API 607: Secondary metal seal engages post-fire, maintaining ANSI Class IV sealing.
