MeiDe Valve produces High Performance Butterfly Valve deliver bi-directional zero leakage for demanding oil & gas and marine applications. Key advantages:
- Multi-Material Seats: PTFE/RTFE/UHMWPE options for -40°C~200°C, sealing at 0~100% pressure (vacuum to 300LB).
- Corrosion Resistance: Carbon steel/316SS/duplex SS bodies (NACE MR0175) for Hâ‚‚S/chloride environments.

- Blowout-resistant 17-4PH shaft (2x ANSI torque).
- Tangential disc pins (compression-loaded, no shear failure).
- Rocker gland bridge (90% fewer packing leaks).
